Burger King partnered with VMA for a branded content campaign by MTV starring rapper Lil Yachty that infused creative with technology, featuring an augmented reality experience, exclusive rewards, and pop art-inspired QR codes, sweepstakes and content across social. Social media saw 58M impressions, with 3.5M engagements and 19M video views. There were 160k sweepstakes entries and 166k engagements in the AR experience, as well as a 96% purchase-consideration lift and an 89% lift in brand opinion.
