COVID-19 added to the normal anxieties of expecting parents in 2020. Johnson & Johnson partnered with Meredith to launch a support hub called #InItTogether. Parents could hear from doctors, nurses and other moms. Content was promoted across Johnson's social channels and Meredith’s properties. The hub drew a 6% rise in familiarity, 8% in purchase intent and 7% in recommendation intent. Also it generated an 18% lift in reducing anxiety and a 12% increase in helping moms fully enjoy their pregnancy.
