Chex Mix revived its popular video game Chex Quest, featuring new packaging and influecer content. The brand rebuilt the Chex Quest of the mom of the biggest fan on Reddit, and offered a comic anthology in comic stores. The effort produced a 10% sales lift during the promotion, over 1 million minutes of brand engagement, twice the average downloads on Steam, 40 minutes in average game play time and a $49.99 price for the comic copies on Ebay.
