Quartz has named Natalie Diamond as Chief Revenue Officer. She is charged with overseeing the publication's advertising business.
Previously, Diamond, who has been with the company since 2014, was vice president of partnerships and managed the global sales team.
Zach Seward, CEO of Quartz, said Diamond "embodies the spirit of creativity and reinvention that has propelled our advertising business to date." He touted her "sharp articulation of what we need to do as well as a clear plan for doing so."
“I believe deeply in our mission, our products and our people and look forward to continuing to maintain a high bar of excellence for the work we do on behalf of our brand partners,” added Diamond.

Separately, Quartz, which has long covered the remote workplace, is now celebrating it. Quartz's Best Companies for Remote Workers is an opt-in global ranking based on employee surveys conducted by the Best Companies Group. The effort will recognize the companies that remote employees love best. Results will be published in Quartz mid-2021.
