
McCann Worldgroup has promoted
Jeremy Miller to executive vice president/Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. The role is new and Miller will report to company CEO Bill Kolb.
Previously Miller was EVP/ Global
Chief Communications Officer, a post he has held since joining the agency group in 2012.
In an internal memo announcing the promotion Kolb told staffers that Miller’s
new and expanded responsibilities will include the development of comprehensive integrated marketing plans to “increase awareness of McCann Worldgroup, accelerate growth across
all agencies, evangelize the strength of our global service offerings in support of client business, and lead the development of new brand assets and content to help the agency
story achieve greater impact.”
Kolb added that “Jeremy’s skills uniquely give us all an edge, and I am supremely confident in his ability to partner with our global
leaders to support these efforts. “
