B2B Tech Firm Outreach Snares $200 Million In Funding

Sales engagement platform Outreach has pulled in $200 million in Series C funding, bringing its total financing to $489 million date and its valuation to $4.4 billion. 

The round was led by new investors Premji Invest and STEADFAST Capital Ventures.

The company will use the money to continue building its sales and marketing teams while investing in new technologies and entering new markets. Outreach now has over 800 employees worldwide. 

The firm has invested in "artificial intelligence combined with prospecting, closing and customer success capabilities integrated into one holistic platform," states Manny Medina, CEO and co-founder of Outreach. 

  • Outreach recently announced three new products at its customer conference:
  • Outreach Kaia, a conversation intelligence tool 
  • Outreach Insights, a technology that analyzes buyer emotive signals and sentiment.
  • Outreach Success Plans, a management offering that lets buyers and sellers collaborate while creating more transparency. 

"Companies across every industry are reaccelerating growth and hiring post-pandemic and embracing intelligent automation to power their revenue teams,” states Karan Mehandru, managing director of STEADFAST, and an Outreach board member.
