Blitz Advertising, a full-service Karachi, Pakistan-based agency affiliated with Publicis’ Spark unit, has been named agency of record for battery manufacturer and distributor Pakistan Accumulators Limited (PAL). 

The remit includes digital, media, and creative duties and Blitz will be developing a new campaign for PAL’s solar-powered Osaka Solar Battery. 

Through its battery brands Osaka and Volta, PAL has been a sponsor of  a number of professional Twenty20 cricket leagues tournaments, notably the Pakistan Super League.   

The appointment follows word that the agency has been named the global media rights representative and live stream partner for the Kashmir Premiere League, a new professional cricket league credentialed by the Pakistan Cricket Board.
