'Meaningful Brands' Agency Havas Lands Sustainable Real Estate Firm JLL

Ethical real estate management giant JLL has tapped Havas as its global agency for brand strategy and creative services, following a review managed by Flock. Dentsu's Gyro was the incumbent.

The assignment comes as both agency and client have committed to developing more sustainable and ethical business practices.

"During the pitch process, it became clear that the Havas team truly understands our market, ambition, and the opportunity for JLL to differentiate ourselves using new ways to engage with audiences," JLL Global Head of Brand and Communications Lewis Woodward said in a statement announcing Havas as its new agency.

Havas, which has made ethics, sustainability and meaningfulness part of its core proposition, his morning unveiled a "sustainability marketplace within its Havas Media division to help clients buy ads in media that align with their own sustainability goals.

Globally, Havas will be responsible for defining JLL's brand strategy and creative platforms, with local execution and adaptation in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC led by the network's New York, London, and Singapore offices.

Havas will also be responsible for helping JLL identify market opportunities and innovative ways to showcase its brand and purpose, including its differentiated technology and sustainability platforms.
