Email Marketing Creativity Multiple Messaging, Lamps Plus

In order to increase revenue per email and a number of subscribers for email and SMS programs, Lamps Plus deployed new creative templates as part of Lamps Plus Summer sale. The new creative emails drove customers to the website more effectively, while the “last chance” email creating a sense of urgency by adding a count-down clock. These approaches, combined, increased revenue per email by 9% over previous Summer sale campaigns. Moreover, while many retailers experienced supply issues, Lamps Plus incorporated inventory availability in multiple channels, which increased revenue by 3X from professional customers.
