
Verizon sent promotional emails to more than 4.2 million people who subscribed to Fios internet service, but not to Verizon wireless service. The emails told customers they could save 50% off Fios internet by adding a Verizon Wireless Unlimited plan, with up to $30 off the home internet bill and $10 off the wireless bill each month if they kept both services. The campaign exceeded gross adds (sales) goals by 140%.
