Macy's Aims To Keep Amazon Off Sign

Macy’s has filed an injunction to keep Amazon’s logo off the sign next to its Herald
Square flagship in New York. Since the early 1960s, Macy's has placed a billboard sign on the building adjacent to the store. "Macy's continues to have rights relating to advertisements at that
location,” per a spokesperson. “We expect to realize the benefits of these rights and have asked the court to protect them.”
