American Express Publishing Corporation has expanded its online and international businesses, realigning the divisions into a jointly operated unit to be led by PHILIP WHITNEY.
Whitney, who has established successful international licensing relationships and joint ventures for Travel + Leisure and Departures in his role as general manager of International, was promoted to
vice president of Online Media and International.
