UK agency M&C Saatchi has issued audited full-year 2021 results and reported organic revenue growth of 15.5%. The agency attributed the growth in part to new client wins and expanded remits from companies such as Google, Uber, PepsiCo, TikTok, Mondelez and others.
Reported revenue for the year totaled 394.6 million GBP up 22%. Pretax profit was up more than threefold to a record 27.3 GBP.
The agency has been in talks with a potential suitor, AdvancedAdvT and recently extended the deadline for Advanced to make a firm offer to May 10. Advanced is led by Vin Muria, who is also an independent director on M&C Saatchi board of directors.
The agency’s stock is up about 10% on the London Exchange since the potential acquisition talks began in January.
