The independent New York agency Big Spaceship enlarges
its footprint with a new West Coast office in Seattle. The move allows the agency to be closer to clients Starbucks and Amazon.
Stacey Zimmerman, managing director, will relocate to
Seattle to oversee the office. Her remit includes overseeing client relationships and agency growth. Also relocating is Dan Bort, who leads the agency's strategy and analytics practice.
Big
Spaceship's roster includes work for JetBlue, JP Morgan Chase and Lightricks.
“Creating a West Coast hub, expanding our
capabilities and services, and building a more robust presence here feels like a natural next step for us," said Zimmerman.

The agency has already hired 10 cross-discipline staff in Seattle
to assist with various campaigns as well as longer-term consulting initiatives.
Michael Lebowitz,
founder-CEO of Big Spaceship credits the agency's success with its collaborative ethos. “The last few years have, in many ways, forced organizations to rethink how they approach their business
and people, and our focus on progress is incredibly well suited to their changing needs.”
Big Spaceship reports a 40% revenue growth over the last year, in conjunction with solidifying business partnerships with PepsiCo’s Evolve and Tia, a women’s healthcare
company.
