Office supplier Quill.com has released two spots that remind buyers never to settle.
Two 45-second spots, “Coupons” and “Listen,” have been airing online.
The Denver-based Fear Not agency is responsible for the creative, directed by Zach Woods, best known for his roles in “The Office” and “Silicon Valley.” The ads utilize quirky humor to make its point.
Woods credits his cast with being "funny and inventive, all wonderful improvisers."
“Listen” recalls one woman’s frustrating experience trying to get a distracted masseuse’s attention, while the other centers on a family trying to take a photo, only to discover the coupon’s fine print only covers a solo portrait.

The campaign's point: Other coupons may be dodgy, but anything Quill.com offers is legitimate.
“In the world of office products, customers tend to shop the same brands and remain somewhat loyal out of habit, often settling for mediocre service and confusing offers and deals,” said Sergio Pereira, president of Quill.com. He said the Fear Not spots will cause customers to “re-think where to best shop for their workplace,” as well as drive a clear brand message.
Fear Not has done work for various clients, including Puma Golf, ETF Campaign, Westfax Brewing Co., Einstein Bros. and Buzz+Bloom.
