M&C Saatchi Reports First Half Revenue Growth of 10%

London-based M&C Saatchi reports that net revenue for the first half of the year was up 10% versus a year ago, reflecting “strong performance” in the UK, Americas and Asia.

The agency, which is in the middle of a takeover battle by two suitors—Next Fifteen Communications Group and AdvancedAdvT -- said it remains on target to achieve pre-tax profit of approximately $38 million for the full year.

It also said it expects its momentum to continue into the second half of the year.

A more detailed first half report will be issued in early September, the agency said.
