'Popular Science' Partners On Air Purifier In First Product Offering With Aterian

Popular Science is partnering with hOmeLabs to offer a co-branded air purifier.

This is the first such product to result from the partnership between Popular Science owner Recurrent Ventures and consumer products platform Aterian, which was announced last December.

Popular Science is an iconic and beloved brand that doesn’t put its name on products lightly,” states Adam Morath, general manager of Recurrent’s science, tech, and outdoor brands. “This has been a collaborative effort by two innovative companies, and a first, but important step in our co-branding initiative."

The hOmeLabs Purely Awesome Air Purifier removes airborne particles, including dust, pet dander, smoke and cooking odors, the company claims.

The product features a 3-Stage Filtration system that utilizes a pre-filter, HEPA, and activated carbon filter. It is 12.8 inches in height and 7.8 inches in diameter.

Popular Science is one of America’s oldest magazines, founded in 1872.
