PATRICK BENSON has been named senior vice president, director of digital marketing of TargetCast tcm. His responsibilities include developing media strategies for the Internet and emerging digital distribution channels. Benson joins the agency from Deutsch where he served as vice president, associate interactive director managing the New York and Los Angeles interactive teams.
