Pontiac Drives 'Survivor' Plug, Other Product Placements

The December 8th episode of CBS' "Survivor" tried to break "the curse of the car" (over ten "Survivor" seasons, no one has won the car and gone on to win the $1 million dollars) by giving Reward Challenge winner, Cindy, the opportunity to give up her prize--a Pontiac Torrent--so the remaining survivors would each get one. Cindy, however, decided to take her chances and keep the car, alienating the rest of the castaways.

A ten-year-old boy wished to be Bill Gates and run Microsoft for a day on the December 9th installment of NBC's "Three Wishes."

Rebecca and Randall were given their final tasks on the December 8th edition of NBC's "The Apprentice." Rebecca had to plan a comedy night for Yahoo!, benefiting the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

On Fox's December 9th special, "Dear Santa," Jeep donated a new Commander to the MWR (Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Division--committed to the well being of those who serve and defend this country).
