Warners Group Publications is using “White Labelling” technology from Exact Editions to add value to its membership programs.
Exact Editions is facilitating searchable digital editions across Warners Group’s Railways, Art & Painting, Active Outdoor, and Creative Leisure portfolios.
Membership programs are a growing trend in publishing, Warners Group says.
The technology “perfectly complements the membership offerings that publishers are launching to develop a new revenue stream whilst engaging communities with their brand,” states Daryl Rayner, managing director of UK-based Exact Editions.
The unlimited web-based access provides members with unlimited access to publications’ archives and the latest issues.
“We’ve been using the Exact Editions ‘White Labelling’ option for a couple of years as a way of giving our digital members access to an archive of 750+ issues,” states Steve Cole, Publisher: Railways at Warners Group Publications. “It’s been a brilliant addition to our offering with members loving the ease of functionality and especially the search function.”
UK-based Exact Editions digitizes content, helps clients sell subscriptions and provides streaming solutions across web, iOS and Android platforms.
“We launched the Writers Online membership this year, and we’re delighted to be able to offer over 110 issues of Writing Magazine as part of the package,” adds Collette Lloyd, publisher & head of subscription services at Warners Group Publications.
