Nexstar Media has created a new advertising sales structure and leadership team in an effort to drive ad sales across its media portfolio.
Todd Braverman, formerly with Warner Media, has been named as Executive Vice President/Head of National Sales. Braverman will be tasked with driving top-line sales performance, ensuring that Nexstar is a “must-buy” for advertisers.
Brad Epperson is joining as Executive Vice President/Platform Operations & Technology. Epperson previously served as Senior Vice President/Business Operations and Services for NBCUniversal. He will lead development of advanced platforms, systems, and technology.
Lori Tavoularis has been appointed as Chief Business Officer. Tavoularis, who has served as Nexstar Digital’s Chief Revenue Officer/Executive Vice President, Revenue Operations since 2021, will oversee the teams focused on developing next-gen advertising capabilities.
“I am delighted to have Todd, Brad, and Lori join me as we transform Nexstar’s go-to-market strategy,” states Chief Revenue Officer Michael Strober, to whom the new appointees will report. “Each of them possesses the requisite skills and domain expertise to build a next-gen, agile media sales organization.”
All three appointments are effective immediately.
