Ibotta Releases New Version Of 'Cash Back' Campaign

The second incarnation of “There’s Cash Back in Everything You Buy” campaign, from cash-back rewards platform Ibotta, was just released.

The first aired in February 2022.

The creative is from Austin-based agency Callen. The national campaign is running on TV and social media.

The campaign’s theme is that consumers can fight inflation by finding money whatever they buy.

In the new spots, dollar bills fly out of refrigerators, books at a book club meeting and tissue boxes during a therapy session, underscoring cash backs can be found anywhere.

The 30-second ads include Book Club,Not Right  and Counseling.

“With rising food prices and an uncertain economic future, we can’t think of a better time to let as many Americans as possible know that with Ibotta, there is cash back in everything you buy,” said Rich Donahue, Chief Marketing Officer at Ibotta.

The company analyzed 19.2 million shoppers in 2022 and reports the average app-user earned 2.5x more in cashback than the increased cost of groceries, effectively beating inflation.

Callen has done work for Career Builders, Coca-Cola, Skittles, Complex Networks and Lone Star beer.
