David's Bridal, which says it sells one of every three wedding dresses in the U.S., is once again in financial trouble. The company is said to be considering a bankruptcy filing,
which would be its second in five years. "The company has been working with the investment bank Houlihan Lokey to explore a sale, which could be included as part of a bankruptcy filing,
according to one of the people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal deliberations," per The New York Times.
