Lisa Loeb Re-Imagines Her 'Stay (I Missed You)' Hit To Welcome Back Goldfish LTO

Repeating limited-time offers are becoming a regular thing between Campbell Soup Co. and McCormick & Co.

Although Campbell sells more than 30 varieties of Goldfish crackers, it’s bringing back a seasoned version, flavored by McCormick’s Old Bay herb and spice brand, that debuted last year.

The return is being celebrated by actress and singer Lisa Loeb, who rose to stardom after her 1994 song “Stay (I Missed You)” was a hit after serving as the lead single from the movie soundtrack to “Reality Bites.”

The new version of the song has been reimagined as “Stay (We Missed Old Bay Goldfish).”

In the original, Loeb sang “You say, I only hear what I want to.”

This time, she croons “You say, OMG Old Bay Goldfish” as she contemplates an empty package of the crackers and voices other social media comments superimposed on the screen.

“They're back— and this time accompanied by the love ballad they deserve,” Campbell Snacks Senior Vice President and CMO Janda Lukin said in a news release.

Earlier this year, Campbell reintroduced Goldfish Frank’s RedHot crackers in a collaboration with McCormick, which sells Frank’s RedHot sauce.

Campbell partnered with Frank’s in May of 2021, so this promo marked the first time that Goldfish had brought back a limited-time offer.
