Creative agency Amplify is expanding its Los
Angeles-based team with three senior appointments.
Jo Kang has been named group creative director, reporting to Chief Creative Officer, Jeavon Smith. Previously, Kang was VP-group creative
director at Jack Morton Worldwide US.

a lasting emotional legacy," said Kang, who will lead creative for the LA office.
Jessica McCarthy has been tapped as SVP operations. Before that, she worked at Imprint
Projects, where she was Head of Production. She reports to Mark McDermott, Partner US and Chief Operating Officer Lee Avery.
Kat Leinhart joins as creative strategist and is
leading the agency’s strategic output in the U.S., working across all clients, reporting into McDermott and Bonnie O'Hara, US partner. Most recently, Leinhart was strategist at Imprint Projects,
involved in the Levi’s, Smashbox Open Studios and Amazon accounts.

Headquartered in London, Amplify also has hubs in Paris and Sydney. Its client work includes Activision, Airbnb, Google,
Netflix, Nike, Pinterest, PlayStation, Porsche and Spotify,
