B2B platform 6sense has added a writing feature to its Conversational Email tool. 

Demand generation teams can use AI Writer to create personalized, on-brand emails and build pipeline, the company claims.

The Conversational Email assistant manages replies and routes conversations to the appropriate seller, it adds.

Launched last October, 6sense Conversational Email relies on AI models, including GPT-4, to deliver hyper-personalized emails that create conversations and lead to sales meetings, the company claims. 

“Conversion rates are down across industries, it takes more touches across more buying team members to advance opportunities, and prospect expectations for a deeply personalized experience feel unrealistically high with the tools marketers have been given,” says Latané Conant, CMO at 6sense.
