Study Shows The Top Ten Podcasts For Women

Note to podcast advertisers: A list of the top ten podcasts that reach women was released last week by Edison Research.  

They are:  

  1. Crime Justice
  2. The Joe Rogan Experience 
  3. Morbid 
  4. The Daily
  5. Her Daddy
  6. Dateline 
  7. The American Life 
  8. My Favorite Murder
  9. Stuff You Should Know
  10. Office Ladies

“Six of the pods on the women’s list also make the men’s list,” Edison Reports. “Here are the four that don’t make the men’s Top 10: Call Her Daddy, Dateline, My Favorite Murder, and Office Ladies. A mix of true crime and/or personality-driven content, all helmed by female hosts.” 

In a separate study, Share of Ear, Edison Research reports that Spotify’s listening is flated, slipping from 21.6% in Q1 2022 to 20.2% in Q1 2023.
