Global branding consultancy Wolff Olins has appointed Julia
Race as senior director of culture, a new post.
Previously, Race was Edelman's vice president of business transformation.
Based in New York, she will partner with both U.S. and global
clients to activate brand-led culture work.
“The amount of attention culture is getting right now as a business priority is incredible — and absolutely vital. We’ve seen
firsthand the increasing influence that employees have on the future trajectory of a business, with companies that invest in culture and employee experience proven time and again to have strong,
enduring brands,” said Race.
During her time at Edelman’s U.S. practice, Race worked with major clients such as Boeing and REI. Prior to that, she spent two years as strategy head
at activation agency Integral and almost six years at Landor & Fitch. In her career, she has worked with a broad range of clients, including Barclays, BP, Campari, Dow Dupont, Ford Motor Company,
Johnson & Johnson, Levi Strauss & Co. and L’Oreal.

the engagement team.
