Horizon Media has named Scott Lukas senior vice president of human intelligence of its cultural intelligence WHY unit.
Lukas, who joins from Boston-based MMB, where he was head of strategy for the Gulf State Toyota account, has held a variety of agency, speaking and writing roles since starting out in the ad industry as an account planner at Chiat/Day in 1991.
Horizon WHY group uses proprietary research to "understand individual and societal behavior, consulting with brands on how to benefit from this knowledge for business growth."
