The Vox Media Podcast Network is preparing to take on X (the former Twitter) in its "Land of the Giants" series, starting on Oct. 25.  

The four-episode series, "Land of the Giants: The Twitter Fantasy," will examine the platform one year after Elon Musk took over. It will be hosted by Peter Kafka of Vox.  

“I’ve been using Twitter since its launch in 2006 – I believe my first tweet was about going Christmas shopping – and started reporting on it soon after that,” Kafka says. 

Kafka adds, “Everyone has a different feed, which makes it a challenge to cover, but that’s also the fun part: Starting all the way back with its founders, people have wanted different things out of this company, which means you have a nearly infinite amount of stories to tell. In this series we dive into those stories and explain why any of this matters.”  

The podcasts will feature interviews with insiders such as former Twitter CEO Dick Costolo, first vice president of product Jason Goldman, and Yoel Roth, a former head of trust and safety. The series will also interview employees, industry experts and Twitter users.

Lauren Goode, Wired senior writer, will co-host episode 2. 

New episodes will be presented on Wednesdays on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and other platforms.
