
Subway is making its loyalty program even more
appealing to non-members.
In an offer good only for new MVP Rewards members who sign up beginning at 9 A.M. EST on Nov. 3 -- also National Sandwich Day -- the sandwich chain will match
customers’ points from other qualified restaurant loyalty programs, up to as much as 5,000 points. The chain will max out the points given at 25 million total for the entire chain.
New
members must visit SubwayPointMatch.com, enter their MVP Rewards account email and other information, along with uploading a screenshot of their total points from another qualified
restaurant loyalty program. In addition to up to a possible 5,000 MVP Rewards points added to their account, new members will also receive 250-point bonus.

Subway, in a release.

Qualified competing loyalty programs include those for such restaurants as Jersey Mike’s, Quiznos, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, Burger
King, Which Wich, Lenny’s and Potbelly.
Subway recently relaunched its loyalty program as MVP Rewards on Sept. 7, replacing the long time MyWay Rewards, switching to a points system
rather than tokens.
Subway has approximately 32 million existing MVP Rewards members.
The revamped MVP loyalty program includes three levels: Pro, Captain, and All-Star, each with
accompanying upgrades, bonus point days, VIP exclusives and special merchandise. New MVP members also receive a free cookie with their first Subway sandwich purchase, a birthday freebie and free chips
on Fridays.
