The agency said two executives Scott Chapin and Jamie Venorsky will succeed Hill in running the agency. Chapin has been elevated to CEO from
president and Venorsky, Chief Creative Officer since 2019, will now also serve as president.
“I really never planned to return to an agency full time but as a board member and fan, it was the only
thing to do when [former CEO] Jim Nash had to move up his retirement for personal reasons,” said Hill, who is credited with raising the agency’s national profile.
Hill said it has been a
long-time dream to work with organizations such as CASA which provides Court Appointed Special Advocates for children in the judicial system.
Marcus Thomas has 280 employees across offices
in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Buenos Aires and Santiago, Chile.
