Belt To Head Strategy For Mother Design

Mother Design, the global design studio within the Mother Family, named Sam Belt to a new role: head of strategy in London. Belt joins from Nike, where she was director of strategy, Global Key Cities. 

Belt will oversee the strategy team, drive new business and lead the existing client portfolio.

"With incredible experience working on brands the world truly loves — from Nike to Ikea — Sam’s leadership in brand, design and experience is exactly what we need,” said Kirsty Minns, ECD-partner at Mother Design.

Before Nike, Belt was director of strategy at Work & Co.

She reports to partners Minns and Kathryn Jubrail.

Mother Design's client work include Jägermeister, Netflix, Amica and Brooklyn Org.
