Auntie Anne's Makes Snacking Easier With New Dip 'N Sip

There have been many quirky inventions and gadgets to ensure consumers’ beverage and snack attacks use the least amount of effort, including such classics as the beer guzzler baseball cap, the hot dog and bun toaster, and the all-in-one French fry and ketchup holder.

Now Auntie Anne's is adding a new solution to the snacker’s ultimate dilemma: how to snack, dip, and drink at the same time, while standing. Last week the brand introduced the Dip ‘n Sip, described as a “grab-and-go, one-handed snacking solution.”

The simple circular plastic gadget sits atop a cold to-go beverage cup, straw poking out of the top. A round tray encircles the straw, filled with Auntie Anne’s Pretzel Nuggets or Mini Dogs. Connected to one side of the Dip n’ Sip is a small plastic holder for sauce.

“Auntie Anne’s makes it easy to indulge in snacks, whether you’re traveling, shopping, or just juggling everyday tasks. Dip n’ Sip lets you enjoy our pretzel nuggets or mini dogs with ease—keeping one hand free to handle the rest,” an Auntie Anne’s spokesperson told Marketing Daily via email.

The Dip ‘n Sip is available free with a purchase of any Auntie Anne’s nuggets, including Original, Cinnamon Sugar and Pepperoni, along with a beverage and a choice of dip such as Cheese, Sweet Glaze, Hot Salsa Cheese or Honey Mustard.

The item will be available for a limited time in select Auntie Anne's stores nationwide. Although the Dip ‘n Sip cannot be reused at Aunt Annie’s locations, customers are encouraged to reuse the gadget at home.

“Dip n' Sip was designed to elevate Auntie Anne's on-the-go snacking experience, aligning with our brand's mission to bring convenience and joy to our customers,” per the brand. “By introducing this innovative packaging, we’re not just offering a product, but a more functional and enjoyable way to snack, especially in busy settings.”

Founded in 1988, Auntie Anne’s serves its baked-on-site pretzels at over 1,800 locations across the U.S. and in 25 countries.
