
Tombras has rearranged its executive suite.
The agency just named Paul Caiozzo as Chief Creative Officer. He will lead creative at HQ in Knoxville, Tennessee, as well as overseeing the client roster at
various outposts.Caiozzo co-founded AI-driven agency Supernatural. He's also held senior posts at Crispin Porter Bogusky and Goodby Silverstein & Partners.
In addition,
Jeff Benjamin will be elevated to Global CCO as the agency is set on international expansion. In August, Tombras acquired Argentina shop Niña.
Given the agency's growth in New
York, Avinash Baliga will be promoted to CCO, New York and Kelsey Karson joins as EVP, head of strategy, New York.

Also, Milla Stolte will be promoted to EVP, head of strategy,
Knoxville.
This year's client work including Bark Air, an airline for dogs, Sweethearts Candies, Spirit Airlines, Kellanova and creating the
first AI-powered billboard for
Google using Gemini and a PODS truck.
Tombras has outposts in New York, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Charlotte, N.C. and Buenos Aires.
