Carat U.S. has named Jeni Gardner to the new role of Chief Client Solutions Officer.

She joins from Verizon, where she most recently was senior vice president of marketing and media effectiveness for the telecommunications giant.

“Having spent time on both the agency and brand side throughout my career, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that clients face," she said in a statement.

Prior to joining Verizon in 2023, Gardner held senior roles at Unilever, Omnicom's OMD and Interpublic's Initiative units.
