Longtime WPP veteran Lindsay Pattison has resigned her role as global chief people officer at the holding company. Her departure is effective in May.
Pattison was appointed to her current role in November 2023 after having served as global chief client officer at the company since 2018.

Earlier she held leadership roles at GroupM and media agency Maxus, where she was CEO. In 2017 Maxus was merged with MEC to form Wavemaker.
“It’s true—I'll be stepping away from WPP, my home of 16 years in the spring,” Pattison confirmed on her LinkedIn page. “I’m taking a very intentional break to recharge, and reflect before exploring new opportunities.”
