VML Taps R/GA's Randall For New Project Management Role

WPP’s VML has appointed Paul Randall as its first chief delivery officer for North America to lead the agency's Program Delivery Organization (PDO), a unit supporting the execution and delivery of client projects.

The announcement comes as clients are requiring increasingly sophisticated project delivery solutions across brand, commerce technology, innovation and customer experience.

Randall joins from Interpublic’s R/GA where he served as product and experience program lead and was responsible for global delivery for clients like Google. (IPG put the agency up for sale last year and is reportedly close to a deal to sell it to a management group within the agency.)

Prior to R/GA, Randall spent 10 years at Huge, focusing on improving delivery workflows and earlier served at WPP’s Ogilvy One UK and LBI UK.

Randall will lead a team of 400 project delivery and management specialists and report to Jen McDonald, chief client officer, Americas at VML.
