Adams is filling the role that Acampora held before he was elevated to Global CEO in December 2023. The COO role has remained open since that time.
As Europe CEO Adams is credited with expanding media operations into Poland, integrating Brand New Galaxy under the Assembly umbrella as Assembly Digital Commerce, and being instrumental in winning marquee clients such as Estée Lauder and Pipedrive. Beyond operations, Adams’ new remit includes commercial leadership and bringing agency remuneration closer to client business growth, according to the agency. He will also oversee Assembly’s global media partnerships and will continue to oversee Assembly’s Global Delivery offering, which has hubs across India, Egypt, and the Philippines.
Based in London, Chapman is tasked with accelerating growth and deepening client partnerships across Europe and the UK. She takes on responsibility for Assembly Europe’s product, client services, new business, marketing, activation, people, and consultancy teams.
