One year after introducing its “Advanced
Partner Program,” Snapchat is introducing a new tier for small and medium-sized businesses' budgets as a way to offer resources to “agencies of all sizes.”
Snapchat says that by
expanding the program -- which offers agencies an exclusive badge and a curated package of exclusive educational and business opportunities -- it is opening up its resources to smaller independent
agencies in order to attract more business from that sector.
Per the expansion, the social-media company is splitting its Partnership Program into two tiers, renaming the top-tier badge
“Strategic Agency Partners” and introducing a lower tier – “Agency Partner” -- designed for agencies “with high growth potential.”
Eligible agencies
committed to meeting the badge requirements will work with a Snapchat agency partner representative and will be showcased in the company's “Partner Directory,” making them more visible to
businesses seeking Snap Ads experts.

Partners will also receive strategic guidance, signal optimization support and quarterly roadmap updates from their chosen Snap representation, as well as
exclusive access to client coupons and opportunities to test new Snap ad products.
In addition, partners will be able to utilize Snap's updated Agency Partner Hub, which is home to Snapchat
Ads training, relevant case studies, best practice guides and insights for agencies looking to boost their in-app campaigns.
Snap's expanded program highlights the company's recent goal of
boosting its ad business by making it easier for agencies to run successful campaigns, while also attracting more small businesses to advertise on its platform.
Since introducing its Conversions API (CAPI) last year, Snap has seen an increase in
SMB advertisers, CAPI integration partners and a notable revenue boost,
increasing its overall revenue by 15% year-over-year and doubling its total active advertisers in Q3 2024.
The company says its direct-response products, like “Snap Promote,” are
seeing a positive response from SMB advertisers as well, driving a 212% higher return on ad spend for Tinuiti's client Wrangler.
Snap's new Agency Partner Program is currently live for
agencies in the U.S. and U.K. and will be rolling out to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates soon.
