WPP’s VML, has promoted Jeff Geheb to CEO of VML Enterprise Solutions. The role is new and Geheb has led the operation for a year as Global Executive Lead, Enterprise Solutions. He’ll continue to report to VML Global CEO John Cook.  

VML Enterprise Solutions, with annual revenues of $1.5 billion, is the agency’s technology and transformation division that also includes, commerce, customer experience and consulting.   

Cook credits Geheb with being the “architect and pioneer” of fusing the various capabilities within VML Enterprise Solutions “alongside that brand creativity that we have at VML.”  

According to the agency, VML Enterprise Solutions has experienced strong growth since the launch of VML in January of 2024 (when it merged with Wunderman Thompson), adding over 150 clients and contributing to 40% of VML's global business.   

The operation comprises 10,000+ staff across more than 40 global offices within the VML global network. It has worked with clients like Ford, The Coca-Cola Company, Google, Ikea, Sainsbury's, Sherwin-Williams, T-Mobile, and United Rentals.
