Publicis Groupe media agency Starcom has
appointed Kate DuBois to the role of US chief client officer.
The role was previously held by Maureen Glure, who left the agency last year. According to an agency spokesperson, "the role has evolved. There isn’t a direct comparison to a previous occupant."
DuBois joins the agency from Initiative, where she was most recently managing partner-global business lead based in Chicago; she will also serve with Starcom from there.

The appointment marks DuBois’ return to the agency where she served as a search director over a decade ago. In between she has held senior roles at Omnicom Media Group’s Resolution Media, Edelman and marketing platform Skai (FKA Kenshoo).
She will report to Shelby Saville, CEO, Starcom US.
