Together, said Omnicom CEO John Wren, those assets will comprise an “end to end platform organization” that will drive client
strategies forward and company growth higher.
The move coincides with the departure of Slavi Samardzija, CEO of Annalect, which has overseen the development of Omni and other assets. He is set
to depart in September, the company has confirmed.
If the Interpublic acquisition is finalized, additional assets will be organized under the new operating platform group that Duncan is overseeing
including performance marketing platform Kinesso and data platform Acxiom along with identity resolution cloud application RealID.
