The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) this morning announced actor Kevin Bacon will headline its Annual Leadership Meeting (ALM) in Palm Springs, California, February 1-3, 2026.
"Bacon is
one of the foremost actors of his generation," the IAB said, adding: "His talent for balancing starring roles with powerful supporting characters in film, television and on stage has allowed him to
build a varied and critically acclaimed body of work. From 'Footloose,' to 'The River Wild,' to 'Toxic Avenger,' hear how creativity drives a meaningful, award-winning, star-studded career on and off
the big screen."
The announcement did not disclose what role Bacon would have, but he was listed under the event's
"speakers & moderators" tab.
"Across three immersive days, dive into agenda-setting conversations, candid fireside chats, and dynamic breakouts that tackle the most pressing
topics: AI, measurement & addressability, privacy, commerce media, the creator economy, and more," the event page touts, including an infographic defining the meetings
"core themes" as: creators & creativity, measurement, streaming, AI and privacy.
