P.F. Chang’s has tapped a popular female comedian to tout its new
food and cocktail menu.
Rolled out last week, the social campaign stars stand-up Atsuko Okatsuka, known for her wild outfits, outrageous nails, bowl-shaped haircut and hilarious takes on
everyday life.
In a series of social posts like the one seen here, Okatsuka introduces items from the
revamped menu such as the return of the chain’s popular Garlic Noodles.
As she dines at a P.F. Chang’s, Okatsuka says, “Yes, I’m out. No husband, no grandma, just me
trying new things.” She goes on to promote the new $8.99 cocktail options with “In this economy? We are thriving baby!” The Lychee Martini, “gives elegance and mystery..
sounds like me!” while the Jade Margarita is “rich with flavor and vacation vibes.” She adds the Garlic Noodles have “flavor bolder than my wardrobe and my
personality!”

The new menu includes sushi rolls like Spicy Tuna, Kung Pao Dragon Roll and Shrimp Tempura, and entrées like Kung Pao Chicken. Customers can now also select
either “medium” or “traditional” entrée sizes.
The $8.99 Cocktail Collection also includes seasonal specials like the Blood Orange Margarita and The Peartini,
which rotate quarterly to spotlight fresh ingredients and trending flavors.
The new menu expands on the launch of P.F. Chang’s lunch and dinner specials, introduced earlier this
year. The lunch specials start at $13.99 and include a soup or salad, appetizer, base and personal-size entrée. Dinner specials begin at $16.99, allowing customers the ability to mix and match
starters, bases, and entrées from 12 options.
The campaign featuring Okatsuka runs on Instagram as well as on the chain’s Facebook, X and TikTok platforms.
