Minneapolis ad agency Latitude has promoted Allison
Checco to CEO. She succeeds Krista Carroll, who founded the agency in 2009 and who has taken the role of chair.
Checco joined the agency in 2024 as executive director of
accounts. Succeeding her in that position is Aaron O’Keefe, who was previously group account director.
The agency has also promoted Eric Husband to Chief Creative Officer. He was
previously executive director, a role that James Robinson now steps into.

The moves come as the agency explores expansion opportunities in Oregon, led by Robinson, as well as
in Florida--both locations where Latitude has had small outposts for some time.
Recent additions to the agency’s client roster include Caribou Coffee,
Post Consumer Pet Brands and Target.
Recent work included the opening of a pop-up retail experience based around Lionel Messi and the MLS Soccer League in Miami,
which led to additional assignments from long-time client Adidas for F1 and World Cup 2026 projects.
The coming year will also see work break for Target
and Post Consumer Brands.
Since its founding, Latitude has given 50% of all agency profits to organizations that help fight poverty and domestic abuse for women and
children. The agency has directed more than $8.5 million dollars to causes that have expanded access to education, built hospitals and provided support and meals to families in
need.
