Stagwell has reorganized its communications and advocacy agencies
into a single new division and named Zac Moffatt to run it as Global Chair.
Moffatt is CEO and co-founder of Targeted Victory, a digital strategy and marketing
firm serving mostly Republican political campaigns. Stagwell acquired a majority stake in the company in 2018.

In his new role Moffatt will oversee all
of Stagwell’s communications and advocacy agencies, including Allison, HarrisX, Hunter, Consulum, SKDK, Sloane and Targeted Victory.
The
group comprises over 1,500 employees and will generate net revenues of close to $400 million in 2025. Founded in 2009, Targeted Victory now generates more than $100 million in
annual revenue, according to the company.
“Clients today need firms that know how to navigate political polarization, fragmented media, and increasingly dispersed sources of content
and distribution,” said Stagwell CEO Mark Penn. “Zac has built and scaled one of the most successful communications businesses in the country by recruiting and retaining
best-in-class talent and developing diversified, technology-driven revenue streams. He is the right leader to bring this same transformation” across
the company’s communications and advocacy agencies.
Moffatt reports to Penn. The day-to-day Targeted Victory operations will continue to be overseen by co-founders Abe Adams and
Ryan Meerstein.
