San Diego independent agency CourtAvenue has appointed Robyn
Freye to the new dual role of President and Chief Growth Officer.
A 25-year veteran of the industry, Freye most recently served as Chief Growth Officer, North
America at Stagwell for nearly eight years.

Earlier she served in senior roles at R/GA, Digitaria and Pereira O’Dell among other agencies.
In addition to driving growth, Freye is tasked with advancing the agency’s integrated approach across commerce, CX, AI,
media, data and experiential practices.
Freye’s addition is the latest in a series of executive hires at the agency. In November it tapped Preston
Larson to be the CEO and chief media officer of the company’s performance media division, Modifly.
CourtAvenue was formed in 2020 by agency veterans Kenny
Tomlin (founding CEO of Rockfish) and Dan Khabie (founding CEO of Mirum). The company operates across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, with offices in San Diego, Los Angeles,
Dallas, Cincinnati, Chicago, Minneapolis, Bentonville, and Mexico City.
The agency works with brands like Kia, Epson and Under Amour.
