'I Do' Season Begins: Dunkin' Celebrates With Treats, Vera Wang Contest

Dunkin’ is ringing in wedding season with more than just sweet treats.

The brand’s latest limited-time offering, Wedding Cake Munchkins Donut Hole Treats, which are glazed blueberry cake donut holes with wedding cake-flavored sprinkles, roll out March 20. The date is also known as, National Proposal Day, as well as the first day of spring, which is marks the unofficial beginning of wedding season.

To commemorate, on March 20 only the brand will give away limited-edition “I  Dough” ring boxes which come with a Wedding Cake Munchkin inside. The box is free to customers who purchase a 25- or 50-count order of Munchkins while supplies last.

But the “I Dough” box is just the tip of Dunkin’s wedding season festivities. The brand has partnered with iconic bridal designer Vera Wang to give customers a chance to win one of her designs.

To enter, customers who received the “I Dough” box on March 20 must use it to actually propose, whether it’s a “wedding proposal, bridesmaid ask, vow renewal or another creative take on popping the question.” Now through April 3, entrants can post their proposal video to Instagram or TikTok.

The winner, who will be selected by both Dunkin’ and “Chief Proposal Officer” Wang, doesn’t just win a gown; they will  receive an exclusive bridal experience at Vera Wang’s flagship salon in either New York City or Beverly Hills, where they will select their dress. Then Wang’s team will embroider the winner’s go-to Dunkin’ order inside the gown, “ensuring they have ‘something brewed’ for their big day.” Prices for Wang’s gowns typically start at $1,500 on the low end to well over $15,000.

The “Something Brewed” collection is available now on DunkinRunsonMerch.com. The collection includes exclusive Vera Wang x Dunkin’ limited-edition pieces, such as a robe for $48 and a glass tumbler for $22. Additional merch  includes apparel and accessories such as sweatshirts, sweatpants and pajama sets “designed for wedding mornings, bachelorette weekends and beyond,” according to the brand.
