Rethink has appointed Brittney McDonald as its first head of business development. Based in New York, McDonald will drive growth across the agency's network, reporting to Caleb Goodman, Global
COO.
“Rethink has experienced extraordinary growth over the past few years. With that comes the opportunity to be even more intentional about how we scale globally,” said Goodman.
“Brittney brings a deep understanding of how to build meaningful partnerships across disciplines and markets.”
Her charge is to fuel sustainable growth and collaboration across
offices.
Founded in Vancouver in 1999, the agency has expanded its footprint with offices in New York, Toronto and Montreal. Creative work includes Kraft Heinz, Molson Coors and IKEA.
Prior to her hire, she served as managing director of High Tide in New York, building expansive brand partnerships. Previously, she held business development and growth leadership roles at FNDR,
Phenomenon, Havas and mcgarrybowen (now Dentsu).

McDonald joins as Rethink adds to its leadership team. Jon Legere was recently named Chief Production Officer, a new role at the agency.
“Rethink’s independence is its superpower,” said McDonald. “The agency has built an international reputation for creative excellence, and I’m excited to help connect
practices with partners in ways that unlocks smart, ambitious growth. There’s a real opportunity to scale what makes Rethink special, globally.”
